Electric Flight Operations at Tamiami Park Florida
El Infidelo and I traveled to Tamiami Park to try our electric flying crafts. Here's the Eflite Blade 180 EFL minus the tail which broke off earlier during a crash landing. I was really impressed with the flying qualities of this model. It flew very well even in windy conditions, but it is definitely better suited for indoor flying. I also tried my first electric plane, a Wilga 2000 which flew very nicely until the speed controller caught fire and melted a hole through the foam fuselage on the third flight. I will do a review with pictures in the next post.

Boeing 777 Passenger jet in Heathrow crash landing
LONDON, England (CNN) -- Witnesses have described how the pilot of a British Airways passenger jet that crash landed at London's Heathrow Airport on Thursday appeared to be struggling to bring the plane down safely as it came in low over surrounding houses.
The wheels of the passenger jet that landed short of the runway at London's Heathrow Airport on Thursday.
Photos show a Boeing 777 -- BA flight 38 from Beijing, China -- grounded on tarmac after touching down several hundred meters short of the airport's south runway, close to a perimeter road, with its emergency chutes deployed and white fire-fighting foam covering the engines.

Dozens in Texas town report seeing UFO
Well it seems like more and more people are seeing UFO's lately. According to a study which was referred in the article it says 14% of Americans claim to have seen at least one UFO. In a nation with 300 million people that means approximately 42 million people have seen a UFO. I am sorry Mr. Government, but that sounds like a bit too much. Can they all be either lunatics or confused about what they see because of light tricks or strange angles?

Puking at 0g
Dude look what I can do with my rented Cessna. These are the idiots that get killed and kill others and give aviation a bad name. Probably over-stressed that 172 and then here comes schmuck joe after him and breaks a wing off.
